Karma Management displays its private policy to its valued customers from the perspective that it holds its customers in the highest regard as far as their privacy is concerned and therefore , we reiterate that in this belief we are committed to protecting their personal information.

 This Privacy Policy enumerates the different kinds of  personal information we collect, and how do we use and what kind of protection  that we give to all the information collected , and the different choices that are available to our customers regarding our use of their personal information.

 The Process of Information Gathering :

At the time of usage of our web site and / or mobile application, it may be desired to  collect personal information from our valued customers .  The  information gathering may include, but is not limited to, their name, contact information, and location data. Karma Management  may also collect information about their usage of our website and mobile application, such as the features they access and the content they view and the number of times that such an access is made and by whom and when !

 There may arise a number of occasions when it is required when some one from the customers side or its authorized representative, contact our customer support team for clearing some conceptions and it is during this time, that customers may communicate their contact details when there is a tendency to gather the caller’s requirement and personal  information.

Withholding of any information or not providing : You can of course decline to disclosure your personal information to us..  However, the failure to provide us with pertinent information , may limit your ability to fully benefit from the numerous offerings that Karma Management will be making and many of its various schemes and tech enabled services.

  • Calling back for  personal information: Our customers may request access to their personal information that we have collected, and we will provide them with a copy of this information upon request, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Deletion of personal information: At your own personal request, we will be willing to delete any personal information we have collected , however, please note that some of the Indian laws and regulations may compel us to retain some  personal information beyond our control.

Karma Management  is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data and is compliant with Indian laws and regulations. These laws include but not limited to Information Technology Act 2000, Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules 2011.

 If we adjust the privacy policy any time in the future, we will email to all account holders of this change and post the most recent update over here.  Once posted, the new privacy policy shall be effective immediately.
