Built to keep moving.22 years of Karma
People need to join, work and get paid. Establishments need their records in order. Vendors need clear expectations. Teams need to know who will take the next action.
That is the operating world Karma serves. Established in 2004, the company connects specialist service teams with technology across three core responsibilities: Workforce Management, Compliance & Audit, and Payroll & Payroll Compliance.
The service begins with understanding the situation. The locations, the people involved, the process already in place and the point where it becomes difficult. A clear operating model makes expertise easier to put to work.
The scale behind the experience
How we see the work
A factory, an office and a distributed workforce need different conversations. Understand the site and the people before setting the process.
A missing record, a pay exception or an audit finding needs someone to act. Define ownership, escalation and what completion looks like.
Give the tools a defined role in the engagement. Keep the information, judgement and decisions connected.
WeTag, MoJo, Complybytes and published articles bring Karma’s knowledge desk into the client conversation.
