Privacy & feedback
Privacy notice
Karma Management Global Consulting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. uses information shared through this website to respond to business enquiries, review client feedback and operate the website. This notice explains those uses and how to contact us about your information.
Client feedback
We review feedback to improve our services. We publish a testimonial only where you have permitted publication, using the display option you selected. Contact details are used for the follow-up you requested. You can contact us to change or withdraw your permission.
You can share feedback without identifying yourself. Contact details are saved only if you request a reply. If you permit anonymous publication, the testimonial display-name field is omitted. Choosing private use means your testimonial is for internal review. Submitting feedback does not publish it automatically.
Video and voice-note testimonials use a link you provide. The website stores that link, rather than uploading your recording. Share only a recording you are comfortable letting Karma review.
Business enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we use your name, company, work email and message to respond and arrange the relevant follow-up. Please do not include confidential employee records in the public form. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
External services
Microsoft Bookings, Zoho Recruit, product portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and partner websites operate separately. Their access requirements and privacy practices apply when you use them. Following a link does not transfer your feedback answers.
SMERA website guide
Questions entered in SMERA are sent to Karma’s website server to find a relevant answer. Please avoid sharing personal employee records or confidential information.
Privacy requests
To ask about information you shared, request a correction, withdraw a permission or request deletion, write to enquiry@karmamgmt.com. Include your enquiry or feedback reference where available. We will handle the request under the law that applies to it.
