What services does Karma Management Global provide?
Karma supports employers in India across three connected service areas:
- Workforce Management — managed staffing, apprenticeship management, onboarding and workforce administration.
- Compliance & Audit — establishment compliance, labour and vendor audits, governance and risk controls, and PoSH compliance.
- Payroll & Payroll Compliance — payroll processing, payroll statutory compliance and employee benefits administration.
Services are scoped to your establishments, employee population and operating locations.
How long has Karma been working with employers?
Karma was established in 2004 and brings 22 years of expertise in workforce management, compliance and payroll. Its work includes more than 1 million payslips, over 4,500 sites audited and more than 5,000 locations covered in India. Learn more about Karma.
Where are Karma’s offices?
Karma’s headquarters is in Mumbai (Vakola, Santacruz East), with a regional office in Bengaluru, an NCR office in Noida and a network of 27 offices across India. Karma also has a United Kingdom office in Golborne, Warrington. See offices and India reach for addresses and contacts.
Can Karma support companies with several locations or states?
Yes. For multi-state operations, each location needs the correct obligations, an owner, due dates, evidence and a process for changes. Karma supports multi-state labour law compliance and multi-location staffing, built around your locations and employee numbers.
Does Karma audit contractors and vendors?
Yes. Labour & Vendor Audits cover review planning and evidence collection, document and site review, and follow-through on findings, so procurement, HR and operating teams can see what was examined, where evidence is incomplete and which findings still need a response.
Can Karma take over our payroll from another provider or system?
Yes. A controlled payroll transition starts with reliable data and clear decisions on what will be migrated, validated and signed off before the first live cycle. Karma also provides ongoing payroll processing and payroll statutory compliance.
What technology does Karma use?
Karma’s services are supported by ComplyMgmt.ai: vendor, contractor and establishment audits (document verification, audit observations, scorecards and corrective-action tracking), wages.complymgmt.ai for wage restructuring, and statutory registers, records, returns and challans. An upgraded platform with AI-assisted workflows and Labour Codes capability is in progress. Explore the tools.
How can I stay informed about labour law and Labour Codes updates?
Visit the Labour Codes centre and the blogs and updates. Karma also publishes WeTag (weekly), MoJo (monthly), ComplyBytes on WhatsApp and Sanwad.
