Circular on clarification on NEEM Trainees regarding (dated - 24.02.2022) - EPFO. 

Several representation have been received in H.O for seeking clarification whether NEEM trainees are exempted from the EPF & MPF Act, 1952 in the light of Regulation 15.2 of AICTE(NEEN)Regulation, 2017, the matter was examined and details are clarified in the Ministry of Labour & Employment notification dated 24^th February 2022 issued by joint secretary R K. Gupta.
