LABOUR DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 24th September, 2021 No. 15(52)/Lab/2021/3618-3626.—The following draft rules further to amend the Delhi Shops and Establishments Rules, 1954 which the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954 (Delhi Act, 7 of 1954) is hereby published in pursuance of sub-section(1) of Section 47 of the said Act for the information of the persons likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken up for consideration, after the expiry of a period of 15 days from the date of publication of this notification in the Delhi Gazette together with the objections and suggestions received in respect thereto, by the stipulated period.
