Operational window: Scheme remains open till 31 December 2025. Newly registered employees receive ESI benefits from the date of registration.

How to Register Under SPREE-2025

Choose a portal: ESIC Portal / Shram Suvidha Portal / MCA (Company Affairs) Portal.
Enter establishment details and declare the coverage date.
Add employees and complete digital onboarding.
Submit and download acknowledgement; benefits start from registration date.

Who Must Register Under ESI?

As a general awareness note: under the ESI Act, factories, shops, commercial establishments, schools, clinics and hospitals employing 10 or more persons (20 in some jurisdictions) are typically required to register, subject to state notifications and wage thresholds.
