Leadership Spotlight: Pratik Vaidya

On January 6, 2026, Pratik Vaidya, Chief Vision Officer and Managing Director of Karma Management Global Consulting Solutions Pvt Ltd, was appointed Director of the National Executive Council of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.

As a Compliance Guru, he contributes to strategic direction, policy advocacy and initiatives strengthening India–US trade and industry engagement.

The Power of Technology in Compliance

Compliance today is increasingly complex with evolving labour laws, tax mandates, payroll regulations and data privacy standards. Manual processes and siloed systems can no longer keep pace with multi-jurisdictional requirements.

Technology bridges this gap through real-time updates, automated checklists, data-driven insights and anomaly detection. Karma’s AI-driven platforms such as Compliant GMT AI and V-Checked enable HR teams to shift from reactive firefighting to proactive foresight, enhancing governance and reducing compliance risks.

AI augments compliance teams by automating document extraction, validating payroll data, mapping attendance records and flagging statutory anomalies, ensuring consistency and integrity across large, multi-location organisations.

Uttar Pradesh: A Rising MSME Powerhouse

UP Assembly Speaker Shri Satish Mahana highlighted Uttar Pradesh as a key growth engine in India’s development journey, supported by strengthened law and order, infrastructure expansion, ease of doing business reforms and a robust MSME ecosystem under ODOP.

Key initiatives include ₹50 lakh industry subsidies, a ₹20,000 crore MSME turnover target within three years, digital single-window clearances and strong export promotion mechanisms.

Senior officials including Mr. K. Vijayendra Pandian, Mr. Rajkamal Yadav and Mr. Mukesh Singh reiterated the State’s commitment to empowering MSMEs and driving industrial progress.
