⚠️ Important Advisory

It has been brought to the knowledge of the Ministry of Labour & Employment that certain websites like viksitbharatrozgaryojana.org and pmviksitbharatrozgaryojana.com are falsely claiming to be undertakings of the Government of India and allegedly inviting applications for recruitment.

Scheme Overview

The Union Cabinet on 1 July 2025 approved the Employment Linked Incentive Scheme, named as Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana, with an outlay of ₹99,446 Crore. The scheme aims to incentivize the creation of 3.5 Crore+ jobs over two years.

• Objective: Support employment generation, enhance employability & social security with focus on manufacturing.
• Eligibility: Jobs created between 1 Aug 2025 and 31 Jul 2027.

Benefits Snapshot

• First-Time Employees: Incentive up to ₹15,000 in two instalments via DBT (ABPS).
• Employers: Incentive up to ₹3,000/month per new employee, paid into PAN-linked accounts.

Payments & Flow

• Employees (Part A): Paid via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) using Aadhaar Bridge Payment System (ABPS).
• Employers (Part B): Paid directly into PAN-linked accounts.

Registration Process

Employers can complete one-time registration at official portals:

pmvbry.epfindia.gov.in pmvbry.labour.gov.in

First-time employees must generate a Universal Account Number (UAN) using Face Authentication Technology (FAT) on the UMANG App.
