To enable the employees working in the factories situated in District Sangrur, Barnala, and Malerkotla in the State of Punjab, to exercise their franchise in the Bye elections to Lok Sabha from 12 Sangrur Parliamentary Constituency elections to be held on 23^rd June 2022 (Thursday) is considered in the public interest to declare 23^rd June 2022 as a paid holiday in the said constituency.
