In this instance, the Government Order has called for the attention of all Administrative Departments where Daily Wage earners including casual labourers are engaged, for regulation as per guidelines given in the said Order on (1) rates of payment as notified depending on a number of hours (2) mandatory biometric attendance (3) biometric attendance limited for payment of wages (4) people working for short duration shall not be paid for a full day (5) cases of violations to be reported (6) engagement of daily wage earners as per budget only.
