ESI -Online issuing of the Regulation Certificates for cash benefits to the insured person
It was observed that the cash benefit payment process to the Insured Person could not be made end to end online because the regulation certificates for the cash benefits are not being issued online in ESIS dispensaries and are transferred manually to the Branch office.
It is therefore directed that with effect from 1/8/2022 that ESIS dispensaries will issue no regulation certificate for any cash benefit in physical form and that all ESIS dispensaries shall use the Dhanwantari module of the project Panchdeep to issue the regulation certificates.
