Government of Kerala proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred under section 99 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (Central Act 35 of 2020) read with section 24 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Central Act 10 of 1897)

The following draft rules, which the Government of Kerala proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred under section 99 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (Central Act 35 of 2020) read with section 24 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Central Act 10 of 1897) 

and in supersession of the,- 

1.The Kerala Industrial Dispute Rules, 1957; 

2. The Kerala Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules, 1958; 
3. The Kerala Trade Unions Regulations, 1958; and 
4. The Kerala Recognition of Trade Union Rules, 2011.
