GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB – No. 2l108/2017-4L/ NOTIFICATION the 8th June 2022 – all the establishments to keep open on all 365 days of the year.
ln continuation of Punjab Government’s earlier
Notification No. 21l08/2017-4labourl759 dated 7th June 2021 and in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of Punjab Shops And Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 and other powers enabling him on this behalf the Governor of Punjab is pleased to exempt all establishments from the provisions of sector-9 and Sub-Section-(l) of section-l0 of the said Act and permits all the establishments registered under the Act in the State of Punjab to keep open on all 365 days of the year, for a further period of I year i.e up to 31-5-2023, unless it is revoked, subject to the conditions
