Attached is Haryana Government’s Extraordinary Gazette dated 7^th June 2022 notifying :

To allow employing women in night shifts i.e. from 7.00 pm to 6.00 am in IT, ITES, Banking establishments, 3 stars or above hotels, 100% export-oriented establishments, logistics and warehousing establishments

Subject to certain conditions laid down for employing women in night shifts in respect of their security and safety so as to safeguard the interest of women workers in the State of Haryana registered under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1958

And all said establishments wanting to employ women workers in night shifts may apply for this exemption under section 28 of the Act as prescribed in conditions numbering from 1 to 24 contained in the attached gazette.
