In exercise of the powers conferred under section 24 of the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 (03 of 2021),the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
Short title and commencement. 1.
(1) These rules may be called the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of coming into force of the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020
(3 of 2021).
