Section 4 of the Kerala Shops and Commercial Establishments Workers’ Welfare Act, 2006 (24 of 2006) provides that in sub-section (6) the rates determined as part of the fund and the replenishment of the

project. Accordingly, the Government has decided to issue a notification revising the existing rate of Rs 20 to Rs 50
