1) These rules may be called the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Telangana) Rules, 2022;
(2) They shall extend to and be in force in the whole of the State of Telangana;
(3) They shall come into force on such date as the Government, may by notification in Telangana Gazette appoint; (4) They shall apply to all establishments in relation to which appropriate Government is State Government under the code.
