RESPONSE TO COVID-2.0 Delivering social security during the pandemic



Karma Management Global Consulting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. back then was suddenly faced with sudden disruption of services at EPFO’s end as face-to-face interactions became infeasible for all Service delivery organizations across the globe.

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) owing to the sheer size of its membership, the complexity of the scale of work, and also the fact that most of the subscribers come from a socio-economically disadvantaged section where digital penetration and literacy is limited, this challenge was even greater.

But the Covid thrown challenges offered a rare opportunity to the EPFO, and also to Karma Management Global Tech Firm which is a service provider to over 300 clients on Pan India basis for payroll compliances viz. PF, ESI, PT & LWF.

Indeed, EPFO worked very hard to render all possible help and support to its members which indeed enabled Karma Management to download all possible assistance to its valuable clients who are availing PF & ESI services from Karma Management.

Over the period of 2 years, Karma Management worked equally hard in completing the KYC with Aadhaar procedure of all its clients so that in turn, this came as a big help to EPFO who was determined to complete the biometric-based verifiable 12 digit identification number issued to all the resident members of India.

Thus you will see the sterling performance of EPFO during the pandemic as per graphs depicted above, and Karma Management is grateful to EPF Organization for rendering these exemplary services to all its members and us as service providers as well.
