Ltd. which is nearly a two decades old Organization in the field of PF & ESI Compliance, Shops & Establishment Compliances, Factories Act Compliances, Vendor Audits, Payroll Management, Temp Staff and Onboarding, Recruitment, HR Services, and Training & Development programs.

Speaking on the occasion, Pratik Vaidya mooted the foremost question to all the Award Winners and Participants as to what their feelings were on (1) back to normal or (2) working from home mode.  The majority of the participants who were coming from facilities backgrounds gave their responses in a chorus, “back to normal”.

Many of you may not know but there is an iNFHRA Facility Management Committee formed to define and promote professional FM practices. The purpose is to guide and develop facility management professionals by providing commendable services, products, resources, and scope.    iNFHRA aims at promulgating the facility management profession through education, accreditation, government relations, leadership opportunities, recognition excellence, research, and standards development.

The Key Characteristic is that it :

Works proactively to improve the sector’s profitability and competitiveness

Coming back to Pratik’s anchoring point, he made every exertion to reiterate the efforts made by the Frontliners all through the months of the pandemic and retorted loudly, let us not forget our heroes”,  referring to all the doctors, nurses, medical staff, facilities staff, housekeeping, security, medical professionals, people in charge of various government schemes and measures, BMC, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, various communities, law and order agencies, hospitals, NGOs, Anganwadi workers, Health Activists, etc. All these people’s hard and sincere work and dedication provided insights into how they shouldered additional responsibilities, how they adapted to the disruption of routine health and nutrition-related services, and how they initiated creative responses to help the system adapt to the ‘new normal. And now we are confident that these insights will enable all of us to learn from key adaptations during the pandemic period,  that could be applied to future crises, or to augment ongoing work as we move forward.

Pratik Vaidya also touched upon iNFHRA’s education and certification courses that were launched sometime in October 2020.  There has been a strong focus on facility professionals and to date, it has trained over 500 professionals in the fraternity discipline, as a result of various batches that have been churned out to date.  More and more batches are being rolled out and would request all those who are in this field and eager to enter the field, to be a part of this venture.

Pratik also spoke on iNFHRA’s potential to meet the skill needs of various countries and also cater to its own demand for skilled manpower.   You may know that  iNFHRA focuses on the existing strategic and implementation models of Skills Development in India and therefore aims:

  • To facilitate skill development.
  • To Organize Skill development programs in the unorganized sector
  • To develop appropriate models to enhance, support, and coordinate private sector initiatives.
  • To narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills.
  • To focus on underprivileged sections of society and backward regions.
  • To enhance and standardize the delivery mechanism for the courses through existing institutes/ delivery partners.
  • To ensure quality assurance by streamlining the certification framework.

As far as iNFHRA is concerned, it is an industry body that epitomizes the interests of industry and trade, interfaces with the Government on policy issues, and interacts with counterpart international partners to promote bilateral issues. The awards were a part of the Infrastructure, Facility, Human Resource and Realty Association (iNFHRA) which enables government and industry bodies to deliberate on policy issues and interact with international partners to promote the globalization and economic development of the Indian industry.
