Government of Madhya Pradesh vide notification No.291-52-2022-A-XVI has extended the application of The Madhya Pradesh Shops And Establishments Act, 1958 in the areas comprised within the local limits of Nagar panchayats such as Bilhara, Malton, Surkhi, Bandari of Sagar district in Madhya Pradesh.
