And in this instance: In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (d) of section 2 and subsection 2 of section 4 of the minimum wages Act, 1948 (central act 11 of 1948) the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada and the competent authority under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, hereby declare the average rise in the consumer price index numbers for State Industrial Workers as well as State Agricultural Workers for the half year ending December 2022 as on 1/4/2023 in respect of the employments specified under Part I and Part II in the schedule.
