In this specific instance, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 38 to 43, sections 45A to 45H, sections 46 to 73, sections 74 to 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of section 76, sections 82 and 83 of the said Act shall come into force in all the areas of Krishnagiri and Tiruchirappalli district of Tamil Nadu.
Subject: The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October 2022, as the date on which the applicable provisions of the said Act, shall come into force in all the areas of Krishnagiri and Tiruchirappalli districts, in addition to the already notified areas in the districts, and in all the areas of Perambalur district, in the State of Tamil Nadu.
