- sections 38 to 43 and sections 45A to 45H of Chapter IV; shall be extended to the above-mentioned areas and districts.
- sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V; and
- sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of sections 76, 80, 82, and 83 of Chapter VI
Subject: the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February 2023 as the date on which the applicable provisions of the said Act, shall come into force in all the areas of Aizawl district, in addition to the already notified areas of the said district, in the State of Mizoram.
