1. sections 38 to 43 and sections 45A to 45H of Chapter IV;
2. sections 46 to 73 of Chapter V; and
3. sections 74, 75, sub-sections (2) to (4) of sections 76, 80, 82, and 83 of Chapter VI

  Subject: The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January 2023 as the date on which the applicable provisions of the said Act, shall come into force in   the entire area of Partially notified districts i.e. Guna, Sehore, and Shajapur in the State of Madhya Pradesh
