ESIC circular on release of pending payments for drug supplies

And in this instance: ESIC issued a circular on 9th June 2023 regarding release of pending payments.
It informed that ESIC is continuously receiving letters/representations/legal notices from various DGESIC approved pharmaceutical firms regarding outstanding pending payments/delays in payment release for the supplies made by the respective firms to ESI locations pan India.
The payment for the supply will be made within 4 to 6 weeks (after receipt and acceptance of drug items directly by the Direct Demanding Officers or through nominees to whom bills are submitted as per the terms and conditions of the DGESIC rate contract.
