The Corporation now informs that it has advised all its institutional heads of referring locations to give the referral document for availing cashless medical services from empaneled hospitals to the beneficiary on the same day as against the earlier practice where the beneficiary had to undertake frequent visits to get this referral document from referring locations.
Karma Global handles the ESI work of hundreds of clients and in this instance will advise the clients and the related IP beneficiary wherever the issues come up to insist on a referral document on the same day.
