And in this instance: ESIC issued a circular on 9th June 2023 regarding the rules of business – reallocation of activities – in principle approvals for dispensaries / hospitals / office buildings

It is observed that proposals for setting up / upgradation / construction / of hospitals / dispensaries / staff quarters are being sent directly to property management division in spite of clear cut directions.

It is requested that the proposal of setting up upgradation / construction may be sent to the concerned division of Headquarters Office for further examination and obtaining in principle approval of the competent authority and thereafter the concerned division may send the approved proposal to the property management division for further action.
