And in the current instance : Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 65 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act 63 of 1948) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to exempt only those workers who are working in the Factories in the State of Haryana and are enrolled as the voters where General Elections of Gram Panchayat Sambhalkha, Block Ladwa, District Kurukshetra for which poll shall be held on the 15.06.2023 (Thursday) from the operations of provisions of Sub-section (1) of Section 52 of the said Act, for the week commencing from 18.06.2023 and ending on 24.06.2023, subject to the condition that no adult worker who is enrolled as voter in election to Gram Panchayat Sambhalkha, Block Ladwa, District Kurukshetra shall be required or allowed to work on 15.06.2023 (Thursday) in the factories of the state of Haryana
Subject: Whereas the General Elections of Gram Panchayat Sambhalkha, Block Ladwa, District Kurukshetra for which poll shall be held on the 15.06.2023 (Thursday) as per letter of the State Election Commission, Haryana issued vide No. SEC/4E-II/2023/1155-1156 dated 23.05.2023.
