Pertains to the exemption granted to all the adult workers working in the factories situated in the State of Haryana who are the voters in the General Elections for Panch Ward No. 5

In this instance, the Government of Haryana has issued a notification informing of the General Elections of Panchayati Raj Institutions for which poll shall be held on 13/12/2022 (Tuesday) as per the letter of the State Election Commission.
Therefore, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to exempt all adult workers working in the factories situated in the State of Haryana who are voters in the aforesaid General Elections for Panch Ward No. 5, Gram Panchayat Rukhi Khas, Dist. Sonipat is to be held on 13/12/2022 from the operations of provisions of sub-section (1) of section 52 of the said Act.
