The scheme for providing posthumous assistance (funeral assistance) to unorganized sector labourers (except construction labourers) in rural and urban areas of the state.
In the event of the death of an unorganized labourer in rural and urban areas of the state, his legal heirs will be eligible to get the benefit of this scheme, providing that the heirs of a family member of an unorganized worker are entitled to benefit in case of death, is now revoked. The age at the time of death of the deceased rural-urban unorganized labourer is 18 to 70 years old.
The annual income of the deceased unorganized sector worker was fixed at Rs. 47,000/- for rural areas and Rs. 68,000/- for urban areas. Amended, to fix the annual income of a deceased Sham Yogi in the unorganized sector at Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand) for rural areas and Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand) for urban areas. is coming.
