Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam 2023 has been launched by the chief minister of Haryana Shri Manohar Lal Khattar Ji. Through this scheme, all the appointments made by the government which were earlier made under outsourcing policies will be made online. The Kaushal Rojgar Nigam portal was launched by the government on November 1, 2021, through which the youth can apply online for the posts.
All the benefits like EPF, ESI etc facility will also be provided to all citizens hired through this new system. This process will not only prevent the exploitation of employees working on a contractual basis but will also play a very important role in ensuring transparency and adequate employment opportunities for qualified candidates.
