Meghalaya Shops & Establishments to remain open 365 days

Penalty under the Act: Whoever contravenes any provisions of these rules, shall on conviction be punished with fine which may extend to 5000 rupees and where the breach is a continuing one, with a further fine which may extend to 250 rupees for every day after the first, during which the breach continues.

Subject: Governor of Punjab exempts all establishments, permitting to keep open for all 365 days for a further period of one year upto 31/5/2024.
