And in this instance : Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3, read with sub-section (2) of section 5 and sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act 11 of 1948) and in supersession of the notification issued under G.O. Ms. No. 18/Lab./AIL/G/2015, dated 14-10-2015 of the Labour Department, Puducherry, published in the Official Gazette of Puducherry No. 35, dated 30-06-2016 and after consultation with the Minimum Wages Advisory Board, the Lieutenant[1]Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to revise the minimum rates of wages in respect of the employees employed in Building operations in the Union territory of Puducherry as specified in the Schedule attached herewith
