And in this instance: The Governor of Madhya Pradesh has issued an Ordinance called Madhya Pradesh Udyogon Ki Stapna Evam Parichalan Ka Sarilikaran Adhyadesh 2023 stating that any person who intends to start an Industrial Unit in a notified area may furnish to the Nodal Agency an intention to invest in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed, based on which the Nodal Agency may issue an Acknowledgement Certificate.
