Pertains to: The Prevention of Workplace Sexual Harassment Act requires an employer to set up an ‘internal complaints committee’ (“ICC”) at each office or branch, of an organization employing 10 or more employees, to hear and redress grievances pertaining to sexual harassment.

For all Non-government organizations (companies, banks, schools, colleges, hospitals, etc.) there is another compliance comprehensive checklist which contains 7 points and which need to be answered and submitted to the District Office.

 All Govt. & Non-Govt.  organizations are required to submit the annual reports for this calendar year 2022 as per attached checklist below, latest by April 30th, 2023.
