Pertains to: Employers and Employees covered by the Act and also those covered by the Act but districts are yet to be included for ESI benefits.

In the previous instance, ESI had notified that out of a total of 744 districts, some are fully notified for ESI benefits, some partially, and some not yet as on 21/12/2022 as per the table shown below.
