Ms. No. 56, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (H1), 21st March 2023, No. SRO A-17/2023.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 29 of the Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Act, 1958 (Tamil Nadu Act XIII of 1958) and in supersession of the Labour and Employment Notification No. SRO A-29/2017, published at pages 108-109 of Part III—Section 1(a) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 21st June 2017, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Rules, 1959,
