And in this instance: The Act called Madhya Pradesh Labour Laws (Amendment) Act 2022 has added after section 31 of the Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam 1982 (No. 36 of 1983) after subsection (2) the following new sub-section where it says any person alleged with an offense under this Act, before or after the institution of this prosecution may be allowed to compound the offense on payment of the such amount as may be fixed by the State Government and the offender shall not be liable to any prosecution. The same is the case applied to section 19 of the Madhya Pradesh Slate Pencil Karmakar Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam 1982.
