And in this instance: The Government of Maharashtra, after considering all the representations received and after consulting the Advisory Board, hereby revises, with effect from 1st January 2023 the basic minimum rates of wages i.e. D.A. payable to the employees employed in the scheduled employment and re-fixes them, as set out in columns of the Schedule appended hereto, as the basic minimum rates of wages payable to the class of employees mentioned against them in the respective columns) of the said Schedule.
